Diễn đàn Khoa học Sinh viên quốc tế năm 2017 với chủ đề "Cuộc cách mạng công nghiệp 4.0 và xây dựng thành phố thông minh" do Hội Sinh viên Việt Nam thành phố Hồ Chí Minh phối hợp với Đại học Quốc gia TP. Hồ Chí Minh tổ chức với mong muốn tạo cơ hội giao lưu, học hỏi về học thuật, sáng tạo giữa sinh viên Việt Nam và sinh viên các nước khác trên thế giới.
Diễn đàn sẽ diễn ra từ ngày 21/6/2017 đến ngày 25/6/2017 tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.
Dự kiến, diễn đàn sẽ có sự tham gia của 100 đại biểu là sinh viên Việt Nam và du học sinh Việt Nam đang học tập tại nước ngoài và 50 đại biểu là sinh viên các nước trên thế giới.
Diễn đàn khoa học sẽ bao gồm các chủ đề:
1. Cuộc cách mạng công nghiệp 4.0: Chia sẻ các nghiên cứu, ứng dụng và lợi ích của cuộc cách mạng công nghiệp 4.0 đối với sự phát triển của thế giới.
2. Mô hình, ý tưởng về đô thị thông minh: Chia sẻ các mô hình ý tưởng về xây dựng thành phố thông minh trên thế giới.
3. Những công nghệ nền tảng, phần mềm sáng tạo xây dựng đô thị thông minh: Giới thiệu các công nghệ phần mềm, giải pháp sáng tạo về công nghệ thông tin góp phần xây dựng thành phố thông minh; tập trung vào các công nghệ: SMAC - Social (mạng xã hội), Mobility (di động), Analytics – Big data (phân tích dữ liệu lớn), công nghệ IoT, Wifi phạm vi rộng, chuẩn dữ liệu mở
4. Các dịch vụ của đô thị thông minh: Nghiên cứu, đề xuất giải pháp phát triển các dịch vụ ưu tiên trong việc xây dựng thành phố thông minh, tập trung vào các dịch vụ: chính quyền điện tử, giao thông thông minh, y tế thông minh, giáo dục thông minh, an toàn xã hội.
5. Vai trò của người dân trong đô thị thông minh: Vai trò của thanh niên trong xây dựng thành phố thông minh; Các giải pháp nâng cao nhận thức, văn hóa ứng xử của người dân về thành phố thông minh; Xây dựng các tiêu chí đánh giá của người dân về thành phố thông minh.
Ngoài diễn đàn khoa học, đại biểu tham gia Diễn đàn sẽ có cơ hội tham quan các công trình trọng điểm, các di tích lịch sử của thành phố Hồ Chí Minh và giao lưu với sinh viên các trường Đại học, Cao đẳng tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.

Các lưu ý về bài tham luận:
- Giới thiệu tên bài tham luận, tên sinh viên, tên trường.
- Bố cục bài tham luận: Giới thiệu/Đặt vấn đề, Tổng quan những nghiên cứu đã có về vấn đề được nêu ra, Đề xuất các phương pháp giải quyết vấn đề, Kết quả, Kiến nghị (nếu có), Tài liệu tham khảo
- Sử dụng font chữ Time New Ronman, font size 13pt. Bài tham luận không dài quá 10 trang.
Thời hạn gửi bài tham luận: hết ngày 10/5/2017
Chi phí tham gia Diễn đàn:
- Đại biểu chịu chi phí đến và đi, chi phí visa, bảo hiểm du lịch.
- Ban tổ chức lo toàn bộ chi phí ăn ở, đi lại của đại biểu tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh trong suốt thời gian diễn ra Diễn đàn.

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we are pleased to announce The 2nd International Student Science Forum 2017 (ISSF) will be organized for students from Vietnam and other countries hosted by Ho Chi Minh City Vietnamese Students’ Association and VietNam National University Ho Chi Minh City.
The 2nd International Student Science Forum 2017 under the theme of "Industry 4.0 and building the smart city" is organized to provide opportunities for exchanging and learning academic knowledge, sharing creativity and strengthening the solidarity among students in ASEAN and other countries in the world.
Time of program: 21st - 25th June 2017, Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam
Program summery:
- Plenary session: delegates will listen and share opinions on presentations by leading scientists reporting on the development trends of science and technology and the inevitability of industry 4.0, and the application of science and technology on building smart city.

Eligibility
- Must be enrolling at universities;
- Possess good capability of group working;
- Must be in good health conditions;
- Must demonstrate good English proficiency;
- Must be oblige to the forum’s schedule during 21st – 25th June, 2017
Presentation Submission
Upon the requirements of the forum, the Organizing Committee cordially invites students from ASEAN and other countries universities to participate as the forum’s official delegates and submit papers based on the topics of this forum.
Each participant must complete the registration form, select an appropriate forum and submit the paper to the Organizing Committee based on one of the five topics. Only outstanding ones will be given 10 minutes to present at the forum. Following the participants' presentations, a discussion section will take place for related issues.
Format of Presentation and Deadline for Submission
The papers must adhere to one of the five topics and include the following sections: Introduction, Body, Conclusion, References. Topic's name, student's full name and name of the university must be indicated on top of the paper. Make sure to use font Times New Roman with font size 13pt and should not exceed 10 pages in length.
Applicants are required to submit their presentation to the Organizing Committee via website

10 May, 2017.
Participation costs
The forum will cover the expenses for accommodation, meals and local transportations in Ho Chi Minh City for all delegates. The round-trip ticket, visa fee, travel insurance and other personal expenses shall be borne by the participants. Any officers, lecturers who wish to come with the students are also very much welcomed to the forum but have to bear all the expenses.
